It sounds like it was an accident, but still, it is a pretty serious charge and a terrible mistake. Before and after photos were labelled with the patient's name and uploaded to the practice's website without consent. They should have used PicSafe! PicSafe does not put patient data in the file name, and it allows you to store what type of consent they patient has given so it can't be easily mistaken. Don't let this happen to you!
