How do I capture and send clinical photos to GE Healthcare?

You can quickly and easily send clinical photos from PicSafe to GE Healthcare. There are two methods of integrating with GE Healthcare.

Standard Method



  1. Take a photo in PicSafe.
  2. On the Send screen, select My PicSafe.
  3. On your computer, go to and sign in.
  4. Click on the Download PDF button next to the report you just sent.
  5. Open GE Healthcare and add like you would any other document.

Automated Method


Your IT department must grant PicSafe permission to upload "reports" directly into GE Healthcare. Click the button below to get an info pack to give your IT department.

  1. Take a photo in PicSafe.
  2. On the Send screen, select My PicSafe.
  3. Select GE Healthcare in the send screen.

Why is this better than using the standard camera on my phone?
