Patient Details PDF Generator
Scan a QR code, and patient details are auto inputted into PicSafe®.
Why use this
Typing in a patients details each time you use PicSafe can be somewhat burdensome if the patient is in front of you and asking questions! Use this form to generate a PDF (that includes a QR code) that contains the patient's details. When scanned in the PicSafe App, the QR code will automatically insert the patient's name, date of birth, and patient ID into the report ready for use.
Example use case
In a busy practice, a receptionist might prepare the PDF for the patient to take into the specialist. They might then file the PDF for future use.
How to scan a QR Code in PicSafe
- In the "Patient Details" section in PicSafe®, tap the QR code button.
- After scanning the QR code, the patient's details enter automatically.
