Use this QR Code generator to make PicSafe® even easier to use.

Why use this

Typing in a patients details each time you use PicSafe® can be somewhat burdensome if the patient is in front of you and asking questions! Use this form to generate a QR code that contains the patient's details. When scanned in the PicSafe® App, the QR code will automatically insert the patient's name, date of birth, and patient ID into the report ready for use.

Example use case

In a busy practice, a receptionist might prepare the QR for the patient to take into the specialist.

To generate a QR Code for use within PicSafe

  1. Enter the patient details in the form above and the QR code will automatically update.
  2. Use the QR code directly from this screen, print it, or copy and paste it elsewhere.
  3. In the "Patient Details" section in PicSafe®, tap the QR code button.
  4. After scanning the QR code, the patient's details enter automatically.
