Short answer: No.
Most electronic medical record systems use an "episode number" for each patient interaction. Generally, this number needs to be generated by the medical record system. Research and testing has shown that to integrate PicSafe into such systems slows the process of capturing the "report" much slower, thereby severely reducing the effectiveness of PicSafe as a tool. We want to avoid that! It should be possible to use the time stamp of the report and the patients details to generate, or look up, an episode number when a report is added to the medical record.
